 I embarked in establishing All Access Staffing to provide employment services to both employers and jobseekers, with each Client and Candidate in mind. I emphasize and focus on listening, guiding and matching the best and right fit candidate for each of our client’s culture and business needs.

I guarantee to make a lasting impression with each person I have contact with and to do that, Staffing cannot be just about a numbers game like so many others have proven but about building a lasting relationship with clients as well as jobseekers.

This theory goes both ways, I evaluate clients, positions and company culture before considering potential employees and reverse the same for jobseekers to verify that the company will be a good fit for them.
